A fully outpatient practice in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive adult primary care. This position offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule, no call or weekends, full clinical autonomy, a manageable patient volume, and support from a full clinical team.

• Up to $220,000 base salary
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No call or weekends
• Up to $50,000 in student loan repayment
• $2,500 relocation allowance
• $1,500 CME reimbursement plus 5 CME days
• 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays
• Health insurance with 80% employer contribution

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Active Virginia medical license
• Comfortable managing up to 25 patients per day
• Commitment to adult-focused outpatient care
